This is where our FundraisingBox is developed. Our product development team, composed of developers and product managers, is continually working to enhance our software and bring new ideas to life. We employ agile methods like Scrum and Kanban, ensuring close collaboration between developers and product managers. While coding is their passion, our “IT nerds” also enjoy sharing a good laugh.

Our Customer Success Managers are the experts on our team when customers have questions. They are in close partnership with our clients and help organizations make the most of our software. They also collect customer feedback for future development. They put their hearts and minds into solving the most complex queries, keep a cool head even when the workload is high, and still handle every question individually and personally.

Our Operations Team provides us with the ideal backbone to be a modern and efficient company. They supply us with software, support us in using various tools, and train us so that we can focus on our core tasks.

You can find our creative minds in the Marketing Team. They are our voice to the outside world and ensure that our FundraisingBox gains even more recognition. They also develop relevant fundraising content for non-profits, manage our digital touchpoints, trade fairs, and events, and create marketing materials such as texts, brochures, and videos.

A good team does not develop on its own. That’s what our Crew Circle is all about: they not only find suitable team members for FundraisingBox but also provide new employees with comprehensive onboarding and handle all the details. They are always open to listening to the concerns of their colleagues, organize team events, and continuously seek new perks and improvements for the entire FundraisingBox team.

Facts, stats, and organization are the core areas of our Controlling Group. The team manages incoming and outgoing invoices, interprets current developments, and derives strategic measures from them. They keep a constant eye on the company’s progress and make necessary adjustments. Always striving to optimize performance, the team translates relevant key performance indicators into clear graphics and diagrams so that everyone is aware of the company’s current status.

Our company team not only deals with the strategic direction of FundraisingBox, but also supports all the other teams in their development. The company circle has the overheads under control as well as the nuts and bolts of business. These include contracts, data protection, mail & telephony, inventory, and our company library. The company circle formulates our strategy and, together with the entire FundraisingBox team, develops and drives forward our common goals in line with the OKR approach.
