There are usually three interviews, all conducted via Google Meets. First, there’s an introductory meeting with Talent Acquisition, followed by a conversation with the relevant department (Circle). The third interview is a more in-depth technical discussion with the department and Talent Acquisition, potentially involving the review of a case study.

It would be helpful if you familiarize yourself a bit with the FundraisingBox beforehand to gain an initial understanding of what we do, or to sharpen your knowledge about it. Otherwise, just be yourself!

Onboarding is completely remote. You don’t need to come to an office. The first two weeks involve a general onboarding process, during which we ensure a good start at FundraisingBox by introducing you to us, our history, our vision, and our business tools.
After signing the contract, our onboarding team will contact you to discuss everything further. We’ll determine which hardware you need and what you can expect from your first days at FundraisingBox. Depending on your start date, the timing of the onboarding team’s contact may vary. We will reach out no later than three weeks before your start date.
In principle, this is possible. Depending on the position and area of responsibility, we always look together at whether and which work schedule is feasible. The minimum requirement, however, is 32 hours per week.

The heart of FundraisingBox

This is where our FundraisingBox is developed. Our product development team, composed of developers and product managers, is continually working to enhance our software and bring new ideas to life. We employ agile methods like Scrum and Kanban, ensuring close collaboration between developers and product managers. While coding is their passion, our “IT nerds” also enjoy sharing a good laugh.
