FAQ

All FundraisingBox customers are committed to a good cause and are usually non-profit organizations. Our price structure is fair and ensures state-of-the-art technology and data security. You receive a wide range of products and features for a quite small price. Furthermore, there are no “hidden” costs such as surcharges above a certain transaction volume.
After setup you will receive an e-mail from us with a link for activation. Use the link to activate your FundraisingBox. If you have not received a message within 24 hours (working days), please check your spam folder. If you have not received an e-mail, please let us know.
The transaction fee is charged per incoming donation. We charge 4% of the donation amount per transaction. The transaction fee is charged for individual and recurring donations processed via the FundraisingBox Payment Cloud. There is no transaction fee for manually created and imported transactions (e.g. bank transfer, cash donation, etc.) if a separate payment method is used. The transaction fee is billed monthly.
The FundraisingBox is designed for self-installation. After booking online, you will receive access to your FundraisingBox and can add further team members, each of whom log in with their own password. You configure the forms yourself, data can be imported into the optional CRM or entered manually, and are of course created automatically for online donations. For all questions, there is an extensive help center online and a support hotline included in the price. You are welcome to book individual trainings with us if required. Please get in touch!
You join the FundraisingBox without monthly fixed costs. You only pay 4% of the transaction amount as transaction fees – so the costs are directly linked to your fundraising success. The various payment service providers, which are involved in the payment process, charge different transaction fees.
No. Fees are only charged when you successfully collect donations.
Yes, the FundraisingBox meets the strictest security criteria. We operate the FundraisingBox in ultra-modern, certified data centers in Germany. In addition, we guarantee complete data protection and legally compliant data storage in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and exclusively within the scope of contract fulfillment. The FundraisingBox uses state-of-the-art technologies and standard banking procedures to encrypt your data during transmission. The FundraisingBox uses SSL and TLS protocols for this purpose.
